BODEN – MATTE, spol. s. r.o. quality policy
The quality policy is based on the quality management system in accordance with CSN EN ISO 9001:2016.
Standard CSN EN ISO 9001:2016 is the Czech implementation of the international standard ISO 9001:2015 into the Czech environment. This implementation was carried out by the institute “CZECH OFFICE FOR STANDARDS, METROLOGY AND TESTING” (https://www.unmz.cz/en/home/), which is subordinate to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic.
The guiding principles of our company are satisfying all customer requirements with the aim of maximum satisfaction.
The main principles of our company are:
• satisfying all customer requirements with the aim of maximum satisfaction
• ensuring the supply of the ordered metallurgical material in the required quality in accordance with customer requirements and relevant legal requirements
• the selection and evaluation of suppliers based on criteria that we set ourselves
• communication with customers is carried out in a comprehensible and mutually acceptable manner
• each employee understands the sense and meaning of their work
• each employee is responsible for the quality of their services and contributes to their achievement by continuously improving them
• all activities are carried out in accordance with the requirements related to the environment and work safety
• we comply with all laws, decrees and generally applicable standards (legislative requirements) set by the state and the EU
Through building and continuously improving the quality system, we achieve greater customer satisfaction as well as further developing our company in this manner.

In April 2024 our company was been recertified by ITC Zlin, a.s. company according to EN ISO 9001:2015
In March 2023 a routine surveillance audit by ITC Zlín, a.s. according to EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.
In March 2022 a routine surveillance audit by ITC Zlín, a.s. according to EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.
In March 2021, our company was been recertified by ITC Zlin, a.s. according to EN ISO 9001:2015.
In March 2020, our company was been verified by ITC Zlin, a.s. according to EN ISO 9001:2015.
In April 2019, our company was been verified by ITC Zlin, a.s. according to EN ISO 9001:2015.
In April 2018, our company was been certified by ITC Zlin, a.s. in accordance with EN ISO 9001:2015.
In April 2017, our company was been verified by ITC Zlin, a.s. according to EN ISO 9001:20009.
In April 2016, our company was been verified by ITC Zlin, a.s. according to EN ISO 9001:2009.
In April 2015, our company was been successfully certified in accordance with EN ISO 9001:2009.
Audit and certification according to this standard were performed by ITC Zlin, a.s. http://www.itczlin.cz/en/, which is a member of the CQS association. CQS is a part of the IQNET organisation, bringing together the most significant companies for quality system certification worldwide.
