Všechny osoby, ktere se pohybují v prostorách budov, případně na pozemcích spadajících do majetku společnosti BODEN – MATTE spol. s r. o. nebo společností pronajatých, jsou povinny dodržovat námi přijatá opatření k ochraně před působením těchto rizik. V rámci této písemné dohody jsme pověřený zaměstnavatel, který koordinuje provádění opatření k ochraně bezpečnosti a zdraví zaměstnanců a postupy k jejich zajištění, jak vyplyvá z §101 odst. 3, Zákoníku práce České republiky v platném znění.

All persons in the premises of buildings or areal of the company BODEN – MATTE spol. s r.o. or companies leased, are obliged to comply with the measures taken by us to protect against the effects of these risks. Within the framework of this written agreement, we are an authorized employer who coordinates the implementation of measures to protect the safety and health of employees and procedures to ensure them, as follows from §101 paragraph 3, of the Labor Code of the Czech Republic as amended.
